After living through a several week ordeal that most people call a vacation, I can verify that this is one of the surest ways to wreck a "diet."  I stayed "No Flour No Sugar" but didn't record any data; when I got back I think I gained maybe a pound or two.  At least I didn't "rebound" while I was on vacation.  I do have something interesting to share: "fitness meetup."
