Progress has slowed; I've already reached a dreaded "plateau."  But, based on what I know from the "Rotation Diet" of the 1980's, I know that that is part of the process as my body prepares for more weight loss.  I also know that I have to become more active and re-start my process of collecting baseline data.  I know I still have to stick with the Key Concept of No Flour No Sugar.
