Getting Started

One of the hardest parts is getting started

Also hard is staying with it. 

And if, or for many when, you "fall down," the very hardest part is getting re-started.

There are no hard and fast "rules" associated with the "No Flour No Sugar" diet.  But The Key Concept is the foundation: No Flour and No Sugar.

So, how to get started?  A variety of ways are possible, but three are obvious: Cold Turkey, Plan & Shop, and Baselines & Detox.
